La Ferme d'Elie
A wonderfully new Chalet conversion just 500m from the footbridge and Super-Morzine lift is now available. The owners have lovingly converted and lifted this centuries old Chalet and completely refitted it to a very high, modern standard. Catered rooms with airport and slope transfers available for discounted prices to kick-start this lovely property.
The prices of La Ferme d'Elie are very reasonable, and the owner is happy to include airport transfers as part of the deal if you require them.
Before last year, Le Ferme d'Elie was slightly ruinous farmhouse above Morzine. The owners lifted the ancient traditional wood frame completely and built a modern Chalet designed and fitted to the highest standards underneath it. The majority of the wood in the Chalet is from the original structure, but they have added large, luxurious bathrooms, a second lounge room in the mezzanine area and modern luxurious features like underfloor heating.
The thing that surprises most people about La Ferme d'Elie is how much space is allocated to each person. Most of the bedrooms feature balconies to take fresh air in privacy, and the rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious, especially compared to the size of rooms in most Chalets! The floor plan allows you room to move in your bedrooms, being able to get around the beds and storage space to put things out of the way during your stay.
The Chalet hosts of La Ferme d'Elie have many seasons of experience. They're quite happy to provide as much information about the local area as you require.
The Chalet itself is either sold as entirely self-catering, or rooms can be sold as half-board or bed and breakfast.
Half-board means your cooked breakfast will be prepared in the Chalet by your own chef in the morning to give you all the energy you need for return from your day's activities.
Later when you have returned to the chalet, a two course evening meal will be served in the Chalet's dining room, served at your own pace and with wine. Children's meals or special dietary requirements can easily be accommodated by the charming hosts.
La Ferme d'Elie is located on the Montriond road from Morzine. It is exactly 500m from the footbridge of Morzine that leads directly to the Super Morzine cable car.
Transfers to and from Geneva Airport are included in the price if you require them. There is no discount if you do not utilise the transfers offered.
La Ferme d'Elie changes over on Saturdays, and is sold on a per person basis. Please don't hesitate to enquire about short-breaks or Whole Chalet bookings. Child discounts do apply, please ask.

Catering
This Chalet is also available for rent for summer on a per night catered basis. This means your cooked breakfast will be prepared in the Chalet by your own chef in the morning. Later when you return from your day, a four course meal will be served in the Chalet's dining room, served at your own pace and with wine. Let your Chalet hosts take care of everything.
Catered price is £60 per person, per day. Discounted weekly prices for catering are available, please call to enquire.
Bed & Breakfast
This chalet is also available for rent for summer on a per night Bed and Breakfast basis. This means a lovely cooked breakfast will be prepared for you by your own chalet host, and served with all the usual continental breakfast as well, such as cereals, yoghurts and fruits. A great way to start the day!
